A. Mehmet Ozdeniz, born in 1949 in Ankara, Turkey, is a highly experienced professional in the banking sector. He graduated from Istanbul University Law School and began his career at Akbank, followed by Istanbul Bankasi. In 1982, he joined Turk Ekonomi Bankasi and its subsidiaries as a Board Member, where he served until 2000.

In 2000, Mehmet Özdeniz joined Oyak Bank and played a pivotal role in the merger of Sumerbank with Oyak Bank in 2001. He was later appointed as Vice-Chairman of Oyak Bank in 2003. When Oyak Bank was acquired by ING – Netherlands, he continued to serve as a Board Member of ING Bank AS and its subsidiaries until May 2009.

Currently, Mehmet Özdeniz holds positions as a Supervisory Board Member of Oyak Anker Bank in Frankfurt and as the Finance Coordinator of Elginkan Holding in Istanbul.
