Metropolitan Bank Holding Company was founded in 1977 in Atlanta, Georgia, when a group of local entrepreneurs decided to create a community bank dedicatd to the people of their city. They envisioned a bank that would be responsive to the needs of its customers and provide an array of financial services. Since its inception, the bank has consistently delivered strong performance and achieved steady growth. Today, Metropolitan Bank Holding Company has more than 30 branches throughout the metro Atlanta area and is a major provider of financial services to individuals and businesses.
