History

Microbot Medical Inc. was founded in 2014 by two technology engineers and a renowned gastroenterologist. With the goal of promoting the early detection and prevention of GI disorders, the company developed a proprietary technology platform known as the Microbot, which enables small robotic devices to be driven into the GI tract for a wide variety of minimally invasive procedures.
