Nachiketas Bhatkar is a professional with extensive experience in eLearning, technology, and business leadership. Nachiketas is the son of Dr Vijay Bhatkar, a celebrated scientist and innovator, and shares his father’s vision of leveraging technology and education for societal progress.

He is the Chief Executive Officer of Multiversity Pvt Ltd, an organisation focused on imparting computer literacy and integrating science and spirituality for societal benefit.

Under his leadership, Multiversity has developed eLearning solutions for Fortune 500 companies such as Mahindra, AXA, and Volkswagen. The organisation has received several awards, including the LearnX Gold Award and the Gold Brandon Hall Award for its innovative training programmes.

Nachiketas is also a partner at Multia, a branding and design consultancy, and the Director of Operations at Nuverse, a company focused on integrating technology and health solutions. He is associated with multiple companies, including Nuverse Health Solutions Private Limited, Multiversity Ecosys Private Limited, and Cyverse Logixx Private Limited, and serves as the Managing Director of Knowledge-Divine Information Technology Private Limited.

Nachiketas is also involved in environmental volunteering with Vasundhara Swachata Abhiyaan and has interests in health, wellness, travel, and automobiles.

Nachiketas holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune, and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Automotive Engineering from Lawrence Technological University, Michigan. Nachiketas was born and raised in Pune, Maharashtra, India. He completed his H.S.C. in Science at Loyola School in 2000. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT), Pune, graduating in 2005. To further his education, Nachiketas pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Automotive Engineering from Lawrence Technological University, Michigan, completing it in 2007. During his time at Lawrence Technological University, he worked as a Research Assistant, conducting literature reviews, collecting and analysing data, and preparing materials for textbooks, reports, and presentations.

Nachiketas has over 15 years of experience in the eLearning industry, with a focus on developing world-class technologies and solutions that empower learners of all ages and backgrounds. Since April 2010, he has led Multiversity as CEO. Under his leadership, the organisation has developed cutting-edge eLearning courses and solutions for Fortune 500 companies such as Mahindra, AXA, McDonald’s, Volkswagen, Cipla, and Bajaj Finserv. The organisation has received several prestigious accolades, including the LearnX Award in 2020 for an Integrated Training Project (VR + Face-to-Face) and the Gold Brandon Hall Award in 2021 for the Best Certification Program for the MS-CIT course, which now boasts over 15 million learners.

In addition to his work at Multiversity, Nachiketas has been a partner at Multia since July 2011.
