NiH Consultancy was founded by Nicki Hambleton, who has over 30 years of experience in the creative industry. An Apple Distinguished Educator, Nicki has been delivering workshops and training sessions in several countries, including UK, Milan, Ghana, and Singapore. 

Nicki has been teaching internationally for over 30 years in the UK, Italy, Ghana and Singapore. She is an advocate of amalgamating Technology and Art authentically in the classroom and passionate about visual note taking. Her extensive knowledge in communication design and creativity stems from her background in Graphic Design and love of drawing and she has presented to global audiences through Apple and Learning 2.

Nicki taught for 11 years in United Kingdom, before exploring technology to be able to enhance her visual techniques and creating effective communication mediums. 

In a recent interview with Dinis Guarda, she said:

"When I came across an I-pad, it was like a magic tablet of fun. I found it so liberating to be able to make notes, draw, erase, cut and move things, like we could never do with paper and ink. 

It was like a new phase in my journey. I started presenting the power visuals through these sketch notes and animation as part of the presentations to share my story. I gradually moved from passionate about drawing to passionate about expressing with digital elements."

From 2010 to 2022, Nicki was a valued member of the United World College of South East Asia team for 12 years. During her time there, she has successfully risen to the challenge of becoming a leader in her field. She began as Head of Middle School art, a Digital Literacy Coach and was Head of High School Art from 2018-2022. Nicki is passionate about art and education and is dedicated to helping her students reach their full potential. She is an inspiring leader and mentor and is committed to ensuring that their students have access to the best art education possible.
