Summary
History
In 1966, the company began as a single furniture store in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Since then, it has grown into the largest home and lifestyle retailer in Japan and opened its 800th store in July 2018. Nitori Holdings maintains over 350 of its stores as “showrooms,” where customers can not only buy products but have interactive experiences, such as attending workshops and interior consultations.
