History

Nitro Games was founded in 2007. It was the first gaming company to be listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland in 2012. At the end of 2015, Nitro Games acquires Reality Reflection, a leading game studio in Gothenburg, Sweden, focused on mobile midcore strategy games. During 2016 the Nitro Games segment Keywords Vision®, where the company co-develops user experience and monetization solutions, was established. By 2017..Nitro Games’ shareholder base went through a transformation as the majority of the previous board members and management step down and 3 different investors stepped in as new majority owners.

Nitro Games’ mission is to create the most engaging midcore strategy games for mobile devices, by combining exceptional gaming experiences, vibrant communities and great performance.
