Oceania Healthcare Limited, together with its subsidiaries, owns and operates various retirement village and aged care centers in New Zealand. The company operates through three segments: Care Operations, Village Operations, and Other. The company was formerly known as Retirement Care (NZ) Limited and changed its name to Oceania Healthcare Limited in September 2014. Oceania Healthcare Limited was incorporated in 2005 and is based in Auckland, New Zealand.
History

Oceania Healthcare was founded in 1999 with the mission of providing quality care to older people in the community. Since then, the company has grown and now provides integrated care in more than 28 aged-care, dementia care and disability services throughout New Zealand.
