History

OrganiGram Holdings Inc. is a publicly traded company situated in Moncton, New Brunswick. The Company was founded in 2013 and began to cultivate and sell medical marijuana. In 2018, the company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol OGI. This provided additional capital to expand its operations and build more cultivation sites. In 2020, OrganiGram became the first Licensed Producer to offer an array of research contracts with the Canadian Government’s Industrial Hemp Pilot Program. In 2021, OrganiGram launched its first harvests of outdoor-grown cannabis for the recreational market.
