Oscar Zhao

Oscar Zhao, a 44-year-old visionary leader, serves as the Chairman and CEO of BlueFocus Communication Group, a preeminent Chinese agency with revenues of approximately RMB100 million ($12 million). Prior to founding BlueFocus, Zhao accumulated extensive experience in senior management roles within advertising and PR agencies. Notably, he held the position of General Manager at PR agency Lucun, handling clients such as Apple, Intel, and Wyse. Armed with nearly two decades of experience in public relations and management, Oscar, along with three Peking University classmates, took the entrepreneurial leap to establish BlueFocus PR Consulting, marking China's first homegrown PR agency.
