History

In 1999, OVH Groupe was founded by Octave Klaba in Roubaix, France as a web hosting provider and virtual private server provider. Today, the company has grown to become the largest web hosting provider in Europe and the third largest in the world, with more than 1.5 million servers under management. OVH Groupe has remained true to its roots and continues to invest heavily in the public Cloud market in Europe, the US, and beyond.
