Postal Realty Trust, Inc. is an internally managed real estate investment trust that owns and manages over 1,000 properties leased to the USPS. The Company believes it is one of the largest owners and managers of properties leased to the USPS.
History

Founded in 2003, Postal Realty has experienced consistent growth as the demand for our service offering has increased. Our national portfolio now includes over 800 properties, consisting of over 600 USPS-occupied facilities, as well as other, non-USPS, third-party tenants. Postal Realty’s diversified acquisitions strategy and disciplined management approach have enabled us to build a portfolio with an average occupancy rate of 98 percent within the commercial marketplace.
