History

Premier Cement Mills Limited was incorporated on 14 October 2001 as a Private Limited Company, limited by shares under the Companies Act, 1994. It started its commercial operations on 12th March 2004 as the largest cement producing plant in Bangladesh having productive capacity of 1.9 million tons of cement per year.
