History
Retractable Technologies, Inc. was founded in 1991 and achieved great success in its first decade of business. In 2002, the company launched its revolutionary VanishPoint® line of blood collection tubes, which revolutionized the way blood was drawn and was eventually adopted by hospitals and blood centers worldwide. The company also diversified its product line to include blood collection needles and industrial safety needles.
