She managed a £10m capital project, completed the re-writing of the innovation launch process for Greene King, created lasting innovative products that are still in the market today, and most importantly guided senior leaders through change, by addressing the ‘challenge’ head-on by creating effective new strategies and corporate goals. Negotiated at senior level for £m pound asset purchases to trading deals worth over £10m. She leaves a positive impact everywhere she goes and delivers on what she promised. Trusted by some big names and a great reputation, she is best known for 'Getting Sh!t Done'. 

Rhona has invested in 1 tech business and 2 social impact projects. Alongside restoration in Panama, Natural fertilizer in the US, and a local water initiative in India. Our next game-changing project is in nature/biodiversity credits, taking the existing voluntary carbon market and turning it on its head. Board advisory role and also an associate at M7 Connects as Sustainability Advisor. Completed the Sustainability Leadership Course at Cambridge Institute CISL.

Biography

Rhona Morrell is a successful entrepreneur, consultant, thought leader, and philanthropist with a passion for sustainability and social impact. She was born and raised in the Midlands of the UK, where she completed her education and earned a degree in her field of study. Rhona then embarked on a solo trip around the world, which ignited her love for nature, travel, and sustainability.

After her travels, Rhona worked in the corporate world for over 15 years, rising through the ranks from field sales to Director of Sport & Entertainment on the board and working with major global brands. However, in 2017, she decided to start her own consulting business, which has since developed into a thriving enterprise.

Over the last six years, Rhona has established herself as a sought-after advisor and investor across numerous sectors, including e-commerce, FMCG, and manufacturing. Her clients span the globe, and she has made significant contributions to various industries worldwide. Rhona is also active in philanthropy, serving on the Board of Advisors for several organizations, including AMPI, which focuses on natural fertilizers in the US, and Bid4Charities, which utilizes sports merchandise and memorabilia for good.

Rhona's dedication to sustainability and social impact is evident in her work as an angel investor. She has invested in Alvio, a B2B Partnerships Platform, CC Airwell, a global water initiative, and a FinTech & Biodiversity Project in Panama. Rhona has also been appointed as a Maven at FORUS, a co-op blockchain-based banking system in Africa.

In addition to her work in consulting and philanthropy, Rhona has created two workshops that highlight her expertise in sustainability, impact investing, and strategic planning. Her workshops on navigating the world of ESG Sustainability & Regenerative Practices for corporates and how to develop and articulate your family's purpose for impact investing for family offices have been well-received and further established her as a thought leader in her field.
