History

Robertet was founded by Pierre-François Pascal Guerin in Grasse, France, in 1850. He chose Grasse as it was then known as the centre of the perfume industry. Robertet developed an in-depth knowledge of natural ingredients and since then has been developing and creating natural plant-based extracts and raw materials. Today it spans across more than 70 countries and is considered one of the leaders in the industry. The company has been passed down through the generations and is now in the 5th generation of family members.
