Sabrina Mohd Haris Maurice is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience across various sectors. As of January 2024, she serves as the Chief People Officer at MRANTI, a role in which she brings her considerable expertise in strategic human resource management. Prior to her current role, Sabrina was the Human Resources Director at MRANTI from January 2022 to December 2023. Her tenure at MRANTI underscores her ability to lead and innovate within complex organisational structures, focusing on human capital development and transformation.
Sabrina’s career in human resources began with a foundational role at Maybank, where she managed the Apprentice Programme from January 2007 to December 2009. This initial position provided her with a solid grounding in HR practices and programme management. She then moved on to PPEARL Consulting Solutions as a Consultant, where she honed her skills in strategic human capital management.
From May 2010 to May 2012, Sabrina worked at SRG Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd as Assistant Manager of HCM Strategy, further developing her expertise in human resource management and employment law. She subsequently joined IJM Corporation Berhad as Assistant Manager of Human Resources from April 2012 to October 2012, where she managed HR functions in a dynamic environment.
Her career trajectory continued at Bursa Malaysia, where she held the position of Head of Talent Management from October 2012 to May 2014. At Bursa Malaysia, Sabrina was instrumental in developing and implementing talent management strategies that aligned with the organisation's objectives.
Following her tenure at Bursa Malaysia, Sabrina joined RHB Banking Group as the Head of Organisation Development & Programme Management from May 2014 to March 2016.
