Sara Simeone

Sara Simeone is an award-winning entrepreneur, product strategist, and technology innovator with more than 20 years of experience in digital strategy, product development, and technology leadership. She specialises in artificial intelligence, Web3, blockchain, and no-code technology. Throughout her career, she has worked with major global agencies and brands such as WPP, Dentsu, Vistaprint, Oriflame, and Wakelet, where she held senior leadership and director-level roles across marketing, digital transformation, and product strategy.

Sara is the CEO and Co-Founder of NoCodeLab.ai, a platform created to make technology building accessible to non-technical founders. Through AI-powered no-code development and her concept of “Vibe Coding”, NoCodeLab enables people to build functional prototypes in hours and production-ready applications in weeks, without traditional coding. She has trained and mentored more than 1,000 founders, students, and business leaders across Europe, helping them validate ideas, launch products, and reduce development costs.

She is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Niftyz.io, a Web3 infrastructure platform focused on digital asset management, tokenisation, secure communication, verified identity, and legal processes such as digital signatures and document notarisation. Niftyz has been backed by well-known investors including Animoca Brands, Brinc, and Cointelegraph. Her experience at Niftyz highlighted the challenges faced by non-technical founders, which directly inspired the creation of NoCodeLab.

Alongside her entrepreneurial work, Sara plays a strong role in education and innovation. She is a Board Member of the Centre of Digital Innovation at Manchester Metropolitan University, supporting digital growth initiatives for SMEs. She is also a Lecturer in Blockchain for Business and Law at MedieInstitutet in Stockholm and a former Associate Lecturer in Digital Strategy at Manchester Metropolitan University. She has authored research on the impact of AI and blockchain on digital marketing and regularly speaks at major global events including Web Summit, VivaTech Paris, and Davos.

She has spent over two decades working across digital marketing, product strategy, and technology innovation in Europe and the United Kingdom.

Sara began her academic journey by studying Business Economics at the University of Bologna. During her studies, she also attended Vrije Universiteit Brussel through an international academic programme. These early years built her strong foundation in business, economics, and international markets. She later completed a Master of Science in Digital Marketing at Manchester Metropolitan University. Her master’s research focused on how machine learning and blockchain could change digital marketing strategy and planning. This research, completed in 2018, positioned her early in the study of AI and decentralised technologies in business.

Sara started her professional career in the early 2000s in online marketing and business development roles. She worked with companies such as Harris Interactive, Lightspeed Research, and EDR Agency, where she gained experience in digital marketing, affiliate management, and commercial growth. Over the following years, she held senior marketing and eCommerce roles at Vistaprint, Fleur de Santé, and Oriflame, managing digital channels, online sales, and performance marketing across several European markets.

Between 2016 and 2017, Sara served as Director for Global Clients at Dentsu Aegis Network in London. In this role, she worked with large global brands, developed digital marketing products, and supported projects related to transparency, brand safety, and digital innovation. She later became Vice President of Marketing and Blockchain at Wakelet, where she combined product growth with emerging blockchain applications.

In 2018, Sara co-founded Niftyz.io, a Web3 platform focused on tokenisation, digital asset management, verified identity, secure communication, and blockchain-based legal services. As CEO and Co-Founder, she led the platform’s strategy and growth. Niftyz received backing from investors such as Animoca Brands, Brinc, and Cointelegraph. The challenges she faced while building complex technology without traditional developers directly influenced her future work.

Alongside her business activities, Sara became active in education and mentorship. She served as an Associate Lecturer in Digital Marketing at Manchester Metropolitan University and later became a Lecturer in Blockchain for Business and Law at MedieInstitutet in Stockholm. She also mentored startups through CV Labs and held leadership roles within the Crypto Valley Association in Switzerland. She co-founded a non-profit initiative, Il Digitale è di Strada, which focused on digital education across Italy.

In recent years, Sara co-founded NoCodeLab.ai, where she is CEO and Co-Founder. The platform helps non-technical founders build and launch production-ready applications using AI-powered no-code tools. Through NoCodeLab, she has trained and mentored more than 1,000 founders, students, and business leaders across Europe.

Sara currently continues to lead NoCodeLab.ai and Niftyz.io, serves as a Board Member at the Centre of Digital Innovation at Manchester Metropolitan University, teaches blockchain at MedieInstitutet, and supports founders through mentoring and public speaking. Her work focuses on making technology accessible and ensuring that ideas are not limited by technical barriers.
