History

Seabridge Gold was incorporated in 1979 in Vancouver, British Columbia by Chairman and CEO Rudi Fronk and President and COO Dennis Stover. The Company was founded on the idea that exploration success can be determined by accurate and reliable data collection and analysis on areas that are underexplored or rarely explored. Seabridge Gold has focused on this principle of exploration by acquiring and successfully exploring properties in various areas of the world, principally North America.
