History

Shengmei Semiconductor Equipment Co. was founded in 2005 by a group of experienced semiconductor engineers who had a vision of providing highly reliable, cost-effective and robust semiconductor equipment to the global market. Shengmei’s innovative suite of products has since enabled customers to achieve their desired applications at minimum cost and with maximum efficiency. Shengmei is headquartered in Beijing, with part of its operations located in Qingdao, China.

Shengmei’s mission is to design, develop and manufacture the most responsive and reliable semiconductor equipment with an integrated and adaptive systems approach.
