Skilled Healthcare Group, Inc. (SHG) is a Long-Term Care (LTC) provider founded in 1996 and headquartered in Foothill Ranch, California. SHG is one of the country’s largest providers of specialized long-term nursing and post-acute care services. SHG operates more than 90 skilled nursing centers, assisted living facilities, low-level residential care centers, 23 clinical laboratories, and individualized home health and hospice services throughout California, Arizona, Texas, Idaho and Nevada.
