Skyharbour Resources Ltd., a uranium and thorium exploration company, engages in the acquisition, exploration, and evaluation of mineral properties in Saskatchewan, Canada. The company's flagship project is the Moore Lake Uranium project covering 35,705 hectares located on the eastern portion of the Athabasca Basin. The company was formerly known as Skyharbour Developments, Ltd. and changed its name to Skyharbour Resources Ltd. in October 2002. Skyharbour Resources Ltd. was incorporated in 1970 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
History

Skyharbour Resources was incorporated under the Company Act (British Columbia) on April 3, 2007 and in May 2010 became a publicly listed company when it was listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Skyharbour's board and management team are made up of industry professionals with a proven track record of advancing uranium exploration projects. Its flagship property is the Preston Uranium Project, which is located on the southwestern margin of the Athabasca Basin, ~35 kilometres east of the McArthur River uranium mine, operated by Cameco and AREVA.

Skyharbour Resources is dedicated to discovering the next generation of economic uranium deposits in the world's foremost uranium districts: the Athabasca Basin in Northern Saskatchewan, Canada.

Skyharbour Resources aims to be a premier uranium explorer in the Athabasca Basin, providing shareholders with exceptional returns, while generating quality drill targets that can be farmed out and/or partnered with industry leaders, further reducing shareholders’ costs.
