History
Sonasoft, Inc. was founded in 2003 by two Silicon Valley pioneers, Mark Klein and Clayton Jensen. Their vision was to create an entirely new type of software company, one that would develop and deliver innovative and powerful software solutions tailored to the needs of the public sector, healthcare, education, and technology industries. They set out to develop a company that would last a long time, leveraging the professional and technological resources of the Silicon Valley in order to accomplish it.
