The company was formerly known as Sterling Construction Company, Inc. and changed its name to Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. in June 2022. The Company was founded in 1989 and was incorporated in the state of Nevada in 1990. Through its subsidiaries, the Company operates as a civil construction company in the transportation and public works sectors.
