Stock Spirits Group is an international producer and distributor of spirits and liqueurs. Founded in 2007, the company is now one of Europe’s largest spirits producers with a portfolio of local, premium and international spirit brands, notably in the vodka, flavoured vodka, rum, liqueur, brandy and whisky categories.

History

Stock Spirits Group was established in 2007 when Oaktree Capital Management, a US private equity investment specialist, acquired the CEDC assets. CEDC had grown to become the biggest spirits producer in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, with leading positions in other markets including Italy, Hungary and Germany.
