History

Summit industrial Income REIT was founded in 2017 by a group of real estate experts and investors in the industrial market. The company’s mission is to help entrepreneurs and business owners access and invest in quality industrial properties that can help drive their success. The REIT owns and manages a portfolio of light industrial, multi-tenant industrial, and freight logistics properties located in every major Canadian market and select cities in the United States.
