The company was formerly known as Ten Peaks Coffee Company Inc. and changed its name to Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Inc. in September 2018. History

Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Inc. was founded in 1930 by coffeemaker Max Unger. Swiss Water was one of the first companies to offer decaffeinated coffee products, and has since forged an unrivaled position in the decaf coffee industry by pioneering natural water-based coffee decaffeination.
