History

Synnex was founded in 1980 by Robert T. Huang in Taipei, Taiwan, under the name Sun-Tech International. In 1996, the company moved to South San Francisco, California, and was re-named 'Synnex'. Since its relocation, Synnex’s operations have continued to expand both in the United States and internationally.
