The company was formerly known as TCI Industries Limited and changed its name to Transport Corporation of India Limited in October 1999. Transport Corporation of India Limited was founded in 1958 and is based in Gurugram, India.
History

Transport Corporation of India Ltd (TCI) was established in 1958. The company set up its first warehouse in Calcutta and operated as a single office and warehouse. Since then, the company has grown and now operates with over 35 offices, 9 pneumatics, and 12 mechanized warehouses across India.
