Summary
History
Tecnisa S.A. was founded in December 1974 by Paulo Basilio Baptista who, inspired by the homebuilding industry in the United States, saw the opportunity to bring these services to Brazil. The first developments were built in the early 1980s, and the company quickly flourished, leading to a successful IPO in 1994. Tecnisa currently operates a network of over 100 offices throughout Brazil and has nearly 2,000 employees.
