History

Teleste has been a key player in the developing of technologies related to broadband access and in-building video networks. In 2009, Teleste acquired Videocomp, a company in connection networks, which presented Teleste with an opportunity to expand its product portfolio. Two years later, the company acquired INIT GmBH, a specialist in electronic ticketing and automation. In 2013, Teleste acquired Onvision, a British specialist in passenger entertainment and flight information. This enabled Teleste to diversify its product portfolios in the transport area.
