His academic pursuits provided him with a solid foundation in critical thinking, analysis, and understanding of the complexities of human nature.

In 1991, Tim's career took a significant turn when he first came to work in Turkey. It was during this period that he discovered his calling in the realm of training and Human Resources consulting. Tim's innate ability to connect with people and his deep understanding of organizational dynamics quickly propelled him into the world of executive search and HR consulting.

Between 1991 and 1998, Tim honed his skills as a training and HR consultant, working with a diverse range of Turkish and international businesses. His dedication, expertise, and track record of success led him to join an esteemed international executive search firm, where he further refined his skills in talent acquisition and management.

Driven by his thirst for knowledge and his desire to expand his horizons, Tim embarked on a new chapter in his career, leading consulting teams in China and the United States. In 2004, Tim's deep connection to Turkey and his passion for driving organizational success brought him back to the country.
