Summary
History
Compagnie Financiere Tradition (CFT) was founded by four Swiss bankers, Rodolphe de Buyser, Caryl Baccouche, Raymond Erdin and René van den Berghe. The founders set out to create a company that would provide a unique service with a qualified customer base and an efficient back office. From the very start, CFT aimed to fill an undefended niche in the market. In 1964, CFT moved its headquarters from Geneva to Lausanne and began to establish an international presence. Today, CFT operates worldwide with offices in more than 20 major financial centres.
