History
Trimegah was established in 1987 by a consortium of seven local companies, with Setia Sapta Brokerage Co as the controlling shareholder. The company was subsequently listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2005, becoming the first publicly listed and independent full-service securities company in Indonesia. Trimegah offers a variety of financial services, including stock brokerage services, syndication, underwriting and research. Trimegah also provides fixed-income securities and the capacity to invest in various funds.
