History

TriVascular was founded in 2004 in Santa Rosa, California by Bill Niland, MD and Gary Raham, MD. These pioneering vascular surgeons formed the company to develop a therapy was less invasive than traditional open surgery, which is an established but major procedure to repair aaa. TriVascular launched its first product, the Ovation Endovascular Stent Graft System, in 2010 and has continued developing products and technologies that have revolutionized the field of vascular disease treatment.
