History

Tumosan Motor Ve Traktor was founded in 1926 in Sakarya, Turkey by Degirmencioglou family. Initially, the business was a manufacturer of agricultural machinery, but later the company shifted the focus to internal combustion engines in the 1940s. Throughout its history, the company has built a reputation for producing unique and cutting-edge engines for a variety of purposes including agricultural machinery, construction and utility vehicles, power equipment, and automotive. In the 21st century, Tumosan has become one of the most important engine producers in Turkey and the world.
