The company was formerly known as Vidhi Dyestuffs Manufacturing Limited and changed its name to Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients Limited in August 2016. Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients Limited was incorporated in 1994 and is based in Mumbai, India.
