Summary
History
WCT Holdings Berhad was officially established on December 28, 1987, under the Malaysian Companies Act, 1965 (Act 125) as a private limited company under the name WCTK Construction Sdn. Bhd. In May 1986, WCT was awarded its first road project in Bukit Magari, Malacca. In 1992, the company became a public listed company and changed its name to WCT Engineering Berhad in 1993, following the completion of its listing on the Second Board, Bursa Malaysia. In the following year, the company was then listed on the Main Board, Bursa Malaysia. In 1998, the company changed it's name from WCT Engineering Berhad to WCT Holdings Berhad.
