It all began in June 1977 in Quezon City when William and Concepcion Tierra (WIL-CON) opened their hardware store, bearing the name Wilcon Builders Supplies. Since then, Wilcon has grown from strength to strength and is now a leading player in the booming Philippine construction industry.
