X Legend Entertainment first got its start in 1995 when Yasuhiro Taguchi and Takashi Kurihara founded the company. Over the next two decades, the company grew its influence in the Japanese entertainment industry, becoming one of the most respected animation, manga and gaming publishers in the country. In 2014, the company expanded its presence in the international market, opening additional offices in the United States, Canada, and Europe.
