Xian Leng Holding Berhad, a Malaysian public listed company, has been established and incorporated in Malaysia since the early 1920s. The Group has ventured into various businesses and established a broad network of operations throughout Malaysia. Xian Leng is currently involved in the manufacturing and trading of wood-based products and timber, manufacturing and trading of oil and gas related products, media and publications, and seafood trading. The Group’s main subsidiaries are Xian Leng Trading Sdn Bhd and Xian Leng Oil & Gas Sdn Bhd.

History

Xian Leng Holding Berhad was established and incorporated in Malaysia in the early 1920s. The group's venture into various businesses started in 1956 with the manufacturing of sawn timber. Through the years, Xian Leng expanded its operations and developed further in the timber business. In 1981, the group successfully listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (now Bursa Malaysia) as Xian Leng Holdings Berhad. In 2002, the group acquired two of its subsidiaries: Xian Leng Trading Sdn Bhd and Xian Leng Oil & Gas Sdn Bhd.
