North Hall, a three-story residence, offers air-conditioned rooms organised into eleven community sections. Each section houses up to fifteen students, who share a community kitchen and bathroom.

On-campus housing means that students are just steps away from classes and studios, Woody’s Café, University library, computer labs, staff and faculty offices, academic support services, basketball courts, fitness center and pool. The off-campus housing program is a resource for students searching for off-campus living arrangements. This flexibility allows students to choose living situations that best fit their personal preferences and needs.

Such obstacles affect the ability to focus, maintain motivation, and achieve goals. Student Affairs encourage students to reach out for help as seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness. The university resources provide students with the assistance to navigate challenges.
Woodbury CARE Team is a cross-departmental, multi-disciplinary team of professionals that work together to identify and respond to students who are overwhelmed, experiencing distress or are at risk of crisis. The team works collaboratively to connect students with campus or community resources to help them manage the distress and resolve the issue so that they can maintain wellbeing and academic achievement. Services for Students with Disabilities
Through the provision of academic support services focused on promoting self-advocacy, resourcefulness, and independence, Woodbury Office of Disabilities and Accessibility Services supports, empowers, and integrates students with disabilities into campus life — in collaboration with the concerned departments, programs, and faculty.
According to the National Center for Education Statistics, 19% undergraduate and 12% graduate students report a disability. Woodbury strives to promote campus-wide disability awareness, increase visibility of disability supports, and facilitate a culture of inclusion by focusing on purposeful student engagement and ensuring that all of processes, services, and environment are accessible and enrich the student experience.
Woodbury grants an adjustment or modification that allows for equal opportunity for academic or physical access. Reasonable accommodations are determined after an interactive process that involves submission of necessary documentation and an intake meeting during which the Director of Office of Disability and Accessibility Services seeks an in-depth understanding of the functional impact of the disability.
Safety
Campus Security Officers are dedicated to ensuring the safety of people and property. They work with the Burbank and Los Angeles Police Departments to provide security at the main entrance, screening vehicles and conducting campus patrols, supported by CCTV. Security officers also perform safety inspections, crowd control, traffic and parking enforcement, and providing security escorts. They are First Aid-certified and handle emergency calls.
Woodbury University prioritizes safety by promoting a culture of situational awareness and emergency preparedness. The campus participates in emergency training sessions, including earthquake survival. To help maintain safety, students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to stay alert, secure personal property, and report suspicious activity.
