Mind Network and SingularityNET have launched ASI Hub, a decentralised infrastructure using Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) for secure AI agent identification and verifiable randomness in decentralised AI.

Mind Network and SingularityNET, a founding member of the Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) Alliance, have announced a strategic collaboration to introduce the ASI Hub. This decentralised infrastructure integrates Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) to ensure secure AI agent identification and verifiable randomness in decentralised AI (dAI) and blockchain ecosystems. The ASI Hub aims to resolve two major challenges in these sectors: establishing trust in AI interactions and generating mathematically provable randomness.

The adoption of AI in decentralised networks is often hindered by security concerns, including data tampering and unverifiable agent identities. Additionally, many AI-driven processes, such as model training, governance, and decision-making, require randomness to function effectively. Traditional off-chain randomness, however, is susceptible to manipulation, compromising the integrity of decentralised AI operations.

Addressing security challenges in decentralised AI

Decentralised AI systems require both trustworthy agent identification and unbiased randomness to function effectively. AI agents need verifiable identities to interact securely, while randomness plays a crucial role in AI-driven decision-making. Traditional off-chain randomness methods are vulnerable to manipulation, lack transparency, and present data integrity risks, making them unsuitable for decentralised environments.

To tackle these challenges, the ASI Hub integrates FHE-powered authentication and verifiable randomness into dAI networks. The result is a trustless, privacy-first infrastructure that enhances security, fairness, and efficiency across AI ecosystems.

At its core, the ASI Hub addresses two fundamental challenges:

1. Secure AI Services: Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) enables cryptographically verifiable authentication for AI services while maintaining privacy. This ensures that AI agents can interact in a trusted and privacy-first manner within decentralised ecosystems.

2. Verifiable Randomness: The ASI Hub provides mathematically provable and cryptographically secure random number generation. By ensuring on-chain transparency, it eliminates risks of manipulation, collusion, and external influence, thereby guaranteeing fairness and unbiased outcomes.

ASI Hub: A collaborative effort

The ASI Hub is developed under the Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) Alliance, a consortium of decentralised AI pioneers including SingularityNET, Fetch.AI, Ocean Protocol, and CUDOS. Mind Network’s integration of FHE-based randomness within ASI’s framework strengthens security, ensuring AI services remain trustworthy and privacy-focused.

Dr. Ben Goertzel, CEO of ASI and SingularityNET, highlights the significance of this integration, stating:

“Fully Homomorphic Encryption has the potential to serve as a core component of decentralised AI, guiding us toward a reality where privacy and innovation evolve hand in hand. By partnering with Mind Network and rolling out the ASI Hub, we’re taking another important step to explore how FHE can be woven into AI ecosystems to support synthetic intelligence to be free, secure, and mathematically brilliant.”

Christian Pusateri, CEO of Mind Network, adds:

“We are excited to partner with SingularityNET to introduce the ASI Hub, addressing two critical challenges in decentralised AI: secure agent identification and verifiable randomness. By leveraging Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), we enable cryptographically verifiable AI agent identities while ensuring tamper-proof, on-chain randomness for AI training, governance, and decision-making. This collaboration marks a significant advancement in establishing a secure, transparent, and privacy-first decentralised AI ecosystem.”

Core capabilities of the ASI hub

The ASI Hub leverages Mind Network’s expertise in FHE and verifiable randomness to deliver a suite of advanced capabilities:

Secure AI Agent Trust: AI agents can establish verifiable, privacy-preserving identities using FHE, ensuring authenticity in decentralised interactions.

Randomised Model Initialisation: Prevents parameter symmetry and enhances the efficiency of decentralised AI model training.

Data Sampling Security: Utilises encrypted randomness for privacy-protected, unbiased data selection in AI training processes.

AI Agent Decision-Making: Injects provable randomness into AI-driven processes to ensure fair and diverse algorithmic behaviours.

Reinforcement Learning: Introduces secure random exploration, avoiding local optima and enhancing learning efficiency.

Decentralised Governance: Enables fair validator selection, unbiased voting mechanisms, and tamper-resistant governance models.

Use cases in Decentralised AI

The ASI Hub’s integration of FHE-powered randomness has far-reaching implications for decentralised AI applications. Key use cases include:

Secure AI Agent Interactions: Ensuring verifiable and privacy-preserving identities for AI agents in decentralised ecosystems.

Enhanced Model Training: Randomised initialisation and data sampling improve the robustness and fairness of AI model training.

Fair Decision-Making: Provable randomness ensures unbiased and diverse outcomes in AI-driven processes.

Decentralised Governance: Transparent and tamper-resistant governance models foster trust and fairness in decentralised systems.

How to participate in ASI hub

Registration for the ASI Hub opens on 20th February at 09:00 AM UTC. Participants can join by following these steps:

Vote on Partner Hubs: Visit https://dapp.mindnetwork.xyz/votetoearn/voteonhubs to participate.
CitizenZ Passport holders and FET holders can instantly qualify as voters.
Note: The ASI Hub has a cap of 1,000 voters.

Gas Fees: Ensure your wallet holds a small amount of ETH Arbitrum to cover network gas fees for FHE voting verification.

Indirect Participation: If you lack the required node credentials, you can hold vFHE and delegate it to the Hub to participate indirectly and earn rewards.

Pre-TGE Wave: AI agent assets and vFHE incentive programme

As part of the Pre-TGE Wave, Mind Network and SingularityNET are launching an AI Agent Asset Support Programme. Under this initiative, FET token holders can receive vFHE rewards.

How to obtain vFHE rewards

  • Hold Assets: Users holding FET tokens automatically qualify without requiring cross-chain transfers or locking funds.
  • Wallet Connection: Users must connect their wallets via dapp.mindnetwork.xyz to view real-time vFHE rewards.
  • Redemption Process: Rewards can be exchanged and sent directly to user wallets.
  • Decay Mechanism: Unclaimed vFHE rewards decrease gradually over time, requiring timely redemption.

FET contract addresses

About SingularityNET

SingularityNET is a pioneering platform founded by Dr. Ben Goertzel with the vision of developing decentralised Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) that is independent, open-source, and accessible to all. The organisation aims to create an ecosystem where AI services are not controlled by a single entity but are democratised, ensuring that AGI serves humanity as a whole rather than the interests of a select few corporations or governments.

SingularityNET operates as a decentralised AI marketplace, allowing developers to create, share, and monetise AI technologies in a collaborative environment. It enables AI developers to publish their AI models and services, making them easily accessible to businesses and individuals.

About the Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) Alliance

The Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) Alliance is a collaborative initiative bringing together Fetch.ai, SingularityNET, Ocean Protocol, and CUDOS—four major decentralised AI projects dedicated to advancing open-source, decentralised Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and, ultimately, Artificial Superintelligence (ASI).

This alliance was formed to address the challenges associated with AI centralisation, ensuring that AI technologies remain transparent, decentralised, and beneficial to all. By pooling their expertise, resources, and technologies, the ASI Alliance aims to create a secure, trustless, and autonomous AI ecosystem.
