An was born in Hanoi, Vietnam. After her graduation in Business from Banking Academy Vietnam and her Masters in International Business from the University of Chester Business School, she started as a Project Assistant at IBM, leading successful business strategies.

An has been managing business operations and project management for tech startups like 3S Intersoft JSC, while at the same time consulting and leading successful business strategies of various blockchain and crypto projects. 

In her present capacity as the VP of Operations at Ztudium Group, An has been benchmarking her agile skills and waterfall methodologies, managing global business relationships and technology corridors for the maker of 4IR technologies powered by AI and other emergent technologies.
