Karin Volo was born with a passion for helping people and organisations reach their full potential. Volo's professional career began in 1993 when she started working at MRI in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she helped build the senior housing and healthcare division, becoming the Regional Rookie of the Year in 1993. After moving to Stockholm, she worked as a Senior Consultant at MRI Stockholm from 2001 to 2003, gaining valuable experience in executive search and consulting. In 2003, she took on the role of Managing Director at Windsor Executive Search, where she managed a full-service executive search firm serving top European and Fortune 500 companies.
 

In 2011, Volo founded Evoloshen, a company dedicated to helping purpose-driven CEOs create high-trust cultures. At Evoloshen, she developed bespoke programs that focused on building employee engagement and boosting productivity through cultural transformation. Her expertise has made Evoloshen one of Europe's top 10 organisational development companies.
 

In addition to her work at Evoloshen, Volo co-founded the Achieving the AI Advantage Global Online Summit in 2025, focusing on promoting ethical AI practices in business and fostering a community dedicated to AI for good.
