He embarked on his journey in the technology sector by working as a Programmer at Birla Workforce & Technologies Private Limited in Mumbai, India, from September 1998 to December 2000. As he continued to develop his skills, Mahesh transitioned to a Software Engineer role at Ford Motor Company in the Greater Detroit Area, where he honed his technical expertise from January 2001 to November 2004. He then joined Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the development of innovative solutions in the automotive industry.

Mahesh's career took an exciting turn when he became a Vice President at J.P. Morgan in Houston, Texas, where he held a pivotal role from July 2006 to November 2015. His strategic insights and leadership played a key role in shaping the financial landscape during his tenure. This experience propelled him to pursue a Corporate Strategy Internship at CenterPoint Energy in Houston, further expanding his skillset.

In February 2016, Mahesh founded Sahiya Enterprises Inc, where he served as President, driving business growth and innovation until October 2021. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Smartereum, a platform focusing on blockchain and cryptocurrency, from September 2017 to December 2021. He also held the position of VP of Engineering at EDGE196, contributing to cutting-edge solutions.
