Mahesh Sashital is a seasoned technology leader with a proven record of delivering innovative technology solutions in high-throughput situations, resulting in improved business performance and increased revenue. With experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, and product management, he has successfully co-founded and served as the CTO of multiple organisations.

Mahesh is the cofounder and CTO of Lucrisma, a cutting-edge Web3 company that offers financial data privacy and portability solutions to users. He is responsible for the technical strategy and implementation of the company's platform, which leverages Web3, blockchain, machine learning, and cloud computing technologies.

Mahesh's passion for the blockchain industry has led him to found the Houston Blockchain Alliance, where he has played a critical role in driving the organization's growth, resulting in a membership of over 300 in a short span of time. He has also established strong relationships with a range of organisations, including the City of Houston, University of Houston, Houston Exponential, startups, and Fortune 500 companies.

As co-founder of Smartereum, Mahesh has been instrumental in the growth of the blockchain and crypto news site, attracting over 500k monthly active users in less than a year. He is a sought-after speaker on the blockchain circuit, having been invited to address international conferences in Dubai, London, Santa Clara, and Los Angeles, among others.

Mahesh Sashital is a visionary leader with a diverse and accomplished career spanning multiple industries and continents. He embarked on his journey in the technology sector by working as a Programmer at Birla Workforce & Technologies Private Limited in Mumbai, India, from September 1998 to December 2000. His dedication and passion for technology laid the foundation for his future endeavors.

As he continued to develop his skills, Mahesh transitioned to a Software Engineer role at Ford Motor Company in the Greater Detroit Area, where he honed his technical expertise from January 2001 to November 2004. He then joined Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the development of innovative solutions in the automotive industry.

Mahesh's career took an exciting turn when he became a Vice President at J.P. Morgan in Houston, Texas, where he held a pivotal role from July 2006 to November 2015. His strategic insights and leadership played a key role in shaping the financial landscape during his tenure. This experience propelled him to pursue a Corporate Strategy Internship at CenterPoint Energy in Houston, further expanding his skillset.

In February 2016, Mahesh founded Sahiya Enterprises Inc, where he served as President, driving business growth and innovation until October 2021. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Smartereum, a platform focusing on blockchain and cryptocurrency, from September 2017 to December 2021. He also held the position of VP of Engineering at EDGE196, contributing to cutting-edge solutions.

Mahesh's contributions extended beyond his individual ventures. In October 2018, he founded the Houston Blockchain Alliance, a community dedicated to fostering blockchain innovation in the Houston, Texas Area.
