Taijasa Bhatkar is an experienced professional in brand communication, marketing, and design consultancy with over 12 years of experience. Taijasa Bhatkar is the daughter of Dr Vijay Bhatkar, a distinguished scientist and innovator, and she continues his legacy by combining innovation with strategic leadership in her diverse professional ventures.

She has worked with more than 350 brands globally, including renowned companies such as Tata, Unilever, Mahindra, Abbott, Shopify, and McDonald’s. Her expertise lies in developing effective brand strategies, customer relationship management, leadership, and project management.

Taijasa is currently the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Nuverse Health Solutions, where she oversees innovative marketing strategies in the health-tech sector. Under her leadership, Nuverse has been recognised as one of Forbes' Top 100 Startups in India. She also serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Multiversity Group, which specialises in eLearning and training solutions for major Fortune 500 companies. The organisation has won multiple awards, including the LearnX Award and the Brandon Hall Award.

She is the Managing Partner at Multia, a brand and design consultancy firm ranked among the top digital and branding agencies in India. Multia collaborates with global companies like Tata, Mahindra, McDonald’s, and Cipla. Additionally, she is a Partner at 108 Global, focusing on communication strategy.

Apart from her professional roles, Taijasa is building Aranya Phansad Resort, an eco-luxury boutique resort that promotes sustainability. She also plans to establish an animal rescue shelter, reflecting her commitment to social and environmental causes.

Taijasa holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Symbiosis International University, an MBA in Marketing from Indira Institute of Business Management, and certifications in digital marketing and culinary arts. She has received several honours, including the Clutch Award for Top Naming Agencies in India and Manifest's recognition as one of the Top Branding Agencies.

Taijasa Bhatkar, a seasoned expert in brand communication and marketing, was born in Pune, Maharashtra, India. She pursued her higher education at Symbiosis International University, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing and Management in 2008. She further enhanced her skills with an MBA in Marketing from Indira Institute of Business Management, completed in 2012. Additionally, she holds a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute (2013) and a Diplôme de Pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu, London (2013).

Taijasa’s professional journey began in the branding and consultancy sector, leading to her co-founding Multia in 2012. As Managing Partner, she played a pivotal role in building the firm into a leading brand and design consultancy. Multia collaborates with top global brands like Tata, Mahindra, McDonald’s, Cipla, and Shopify. The firm has been recognised among the 'Top 5 Digital Agencies in India' (2020) and 'Top 5 Branding Agencies in India' (2021).

In 2017, Taijasa expanded her portfolio by joining the Multiversity Group as Director. She currently serves as its Chief Marketing Officer, where she oversees eLearning solutions for Fortune 500 companies such as Volkswagen, AirAsia, and Abbott. Under her leadership, Multiversity has received multiple accolades, including the LearnX and Brandon Hall Awards.

In 2021, Taijasa co-founded muup, a venture aimed at leveraging innovative strategies for impactful brand solutions. 

In 2022, she became Chief Marketing Officer at Nuverse Health Solutions, contributing to its recognition as one of Forbes' Top 100 Startups in India. Nuverse focuses on preventive healthcare, developing new processes, diagnostics, and devices for efficient healthcare delivery.

In May 2024, she joined 108 Global as Partner-Communication Strategy, working in a hybrid role based in Spain.

Beyond her professional commitments, Taijasa is developing Aranya Phansad Resort, an eco-luxury sustainable retreat promoting responsible tourism. She also plans to establish an animal rescue shelter, demonstrating her dedication to environmental and social causes.
