Vlad co-founded Enviot, a company that developed IoT and spatial computing solutions for smart infrastructure and predictive maintenance. His work includes creating digital twins, predictive analytics platforms, and immersive AR applications for industrial environments.
 

He holds a Master of Science in Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and has completed various certifications in AI and machine learning, including courses from AWS, NVIDIA, and the University of Pennsylvania.
 

Vlad is actively involved in several projects, including IoT.GPT, a platform integrating LLM-based agent architecture with IoT through Node-RED, and ACTGo, a transformer-based machine translation engine. Vlad Larichev was born in Russia and later moved to Germany, where he pursued a Master of Science in Engineering at RWTH Aachen University. He specialised in software development, geoinformatics, and IoT technologies. During his time at the university, he worked on several important projects, including the EarlyDike system, a sensor-based early warning system for flood risk management, particularly focused on sea dikes. This system integrates real-time sensor data and geospatial information to provide alerts for flood hazards, playing a significant role in disaster management and environmental protection.

After completing his studies, Vladislav started his professional career at Hydrotec Ingenieurgesellschaft für Wasser und Umwelt mbH, where he worked as a full-stack software engineer. His role involved developing numerical simulations for hydrologic engineering and geospatial data processing. Some of his key projects included the "HydroAS MapView" and "National Search Engine Wasser-DE," which were aimed at improving water management practices in Germany. These projects contributed to environmental monitoring and helped authorities better manage water resources.
 

In 2016, Vladislav co-founded Enviot, a company that focused on the intersection of IoT, augmented reality (AR), and spatial computing. At Enviot, he played a crucial role in developing predictive analytics systems for smart infrastructure and IoT platforms for asset tracking and condition monitoring. He also pioneered the use of AR technology to visualise complex data for decision-making in critical infrastructure. His work in flood risk simulation applications helped enhance decision-making for engineers and authorities dealing with environmental hazards.
 

Vladislav's career took another significant step when he joined ACT Translations in 2020. As the Head of Software Development and AI, he led the development of the ACTGo machine translation engine, an enterprise-level system designed for high-quality, industry-specific translations. The transition from a rule-based architecture to a transformer-based architecture was a major innovation in the field of machine translation, significantly enhancing the engine's capabilities. During his tenure, he also worked on AI and NLP solutions to improve translation accuracy and automate business processes.
 

In 2021, Vladislav joined umlaut company as a Business Development Manager, where he focused on AI and digital transformation in industrial sectors. He worked on projects involving Industrial AI, IoT, and scalable digital solutions for clients in various sectors. His work helped companies digitise their business processes and adopt Industry 4.0 technologies, contributing to the development of data-driven AI strategies that drove efficiency and automation in manufacturing.
 

Currently, Vladislav Larichev is working as the Industrial AI Lead at Accenture, a role he has held since 2023. He is responsible for AI strategy and implementation across Austria, Switzerland, and Germany. His work focuses on the manufacturing and engineering sectors, helping businesses leverage industrial AI to enhance efficiency, automation, and competitiveness.
