Anders Indset is a Norwegian philosopher, author, investor, and public speaker, known for his thought-provoking contributions to leadership, technology, and philosophy. Anders was born and raised in Røros, Norway. At 17, he spent a year and a half in the United States, where he completed high school. Driven by a desire to understand German language and philosophy, he later moved to Germany for further studies. Alongside his academic pursuits, Anders excelled in sports, playing handball at a competitive level. He represented Norway’s National Handball Team and later played professionally in Germany, including stints in the 2nd Handball Bundesliga with HSC Bad Neustadt and TV Gelnhausen between 2003 and 2007.
Anders's career spans two decades, during which he has blended philosophy with business practices. Initially, he founded an advertising agency in Germany and worked as a consultant for "hidden champions" and Forbes Global 2000 companies. His ability to provide strategic insights has made him a trusted advisor to business leaders and governments.
In 2012, he founded the Global Institute of Leadership and Technology (GILT), which focuses on executive education. Anders also serves as a senior advisor and investor in Terra Quantum AG, a Swiss deep-tech company, and chairs the board of Njordis AS, a venture capital and advisory firm he co-founded in 2022. Njordis has launched initiatives such as the Global Blockchain Initiative, which supports education and innovation in blockchain technology.
