Anna Radulovski was born in Ukraine and has dedicated her career to advancing gender equality in technology. She pursued higher education in Philology, which provided her with strong communication and analytical skills. Over time, her passion for technology and education led her to focus on initiatives aimed at increasing female representation in tech. She later completed CS50’s Computer Science for Business Professionals (HarvardX: CS50B) from edX in 2018, enhancing her knowledge in computer science and technology-driven innovation.
In 2017, she founded Coding Girls, an organisation focused on empowering young girls and women to pursue careers in technology. The initiative began as a workshop with just 16 participants and quickly expanded into a global community with over 5,000 members. Coding Girls works to close the gender gap in technology by providing coding workshops, mentorship programs, and networking opportunities. The organisation has collaborated with companies such as Uber Engineering, Financial Times, MentorMate, Fenix International, EY, and Trio Group to support women in technology and help businesses build more diverse tech teams.
In 2019, she founded WomenTech Network, a women-led and women-focused organisation that aims to empower women in technology through mentorship, career development, and networking. The network grew rapidly and now has over 60,000 members from 181 countries. It hosts the WomenTech Global Conference, an annual event that has reached 141,000 participants worldwide and featured 800+ speakers from leading technology firms. The network has also built partnerships with companies such as Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Uber, Coca-Cola, Disney, Financial Times, and Meta. Through her leadership, over 9,500 ambassadors from 172 countries have joined the movement, creating an impact in communities worldwide.
As a Regional Director at Founder Institute, she has worked to support female entrepreneurs in launching and scaling their startups. Since joining the organisation, she has played a role in increasing the percentage of female graduates to 65% in 2021. She works with startup founders to provide mentorship, funding opportunities, and leadership training. Since 2018, she has helped launch Founder Institute’s Luxembourg chapter, recruiting and mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs.
Anna also organises the WomenTech Global Awards, which recognise women for their contributions to technology. In 2022, over 2,000 women were recognised, with 60 winners across 22 categories, including Women-Led Startup of the Year, Diversity in Tech Initiative, and Diversity & Inclusion Officer of the Year. These awards provide visibility to women making significant contributions in their fields.
She is the author of "Chief in Tech: How Women Are Breaking the Silicon Ceiling and Leading with Impact" (Wiley, 2024). The book explores leadership in technology and provides strategies for overcoming gender barriers in the industry. It has received endorsements from senior leaders at companies such as Lenovo, Airbnb, Logitech, IBM, and Pearson. The book is available for pre-order through Barnes & Noble.
She has been invited as a speaker at major global conferences, including Webit, WeAreDevelopers, Dublin Tech Summit, EBAN, and DrupalCon. She has spoken on topics such as diversity in tech, leadership, and innovation. Her work has been featured in prominent media outlets, including Forbes, Bloomberg TV, Fortune, Tech Republic, and Financial Times.
Anna serves on the boards of Coding Girls and Executive Women in Tech (EWIT). She is also a co-founder of Women in Tech Jobs, a social startup powered by AI that connects women and minorities in tech with companies committed to diversity and inclusion.
Her volunteering activities include participating in Girls in ICT Day, European Commission events, and mentoring students through HackAUBG and Social Innovation Academy. She has been a jury member for Enterpregirl and BCWT contests, supporting female entrepreneurs and innovators. She has also mentored startups through Tech Family Ventures and helped companies hire diverse tech talent via Tallocate.
